We apply controls across the data lifecycle, from acquisition and processing to storage, access and delivery. This includes data quality, integrity, security and access controls.
Aggregated mobility data
Where we use mobility data, we work with aggregated and anonymised information rather than identifiable individual records. This allows us to model movement patterns and how people use places without identifying individuals.
Why it matters
Geospatial data can reveal a great deal about places and the people who use them. That makes how the data is collected, processed and applied just as important as what the models can reveal.
Good data governance protects privacy, improves the quality and reliability of the models, and gives organisations a clear basis for using them.
MindEarth is also an approved vendor in IAB Europe’s Transparency and Consent Framework, which provides standardised requirements for transparency, consent and data use in the online ecosystem.
